The type, standard, and pipeline structure of the compensator should be checked before the equipment is installed. If the compensator requires "cold tightening", the auxiliary components used for pre deformation should be eliminated after the pipeline equipment is completed. During the equipment process, welding slag is not allowed to splash onto the surface of the corrugated shell, and other mechanical damage to the corrugated shell is not allowed. After the completion of the pipeline system equipment, the corrugated compensator should be quickly removed for the transportation of yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners, and switched to the designated limit equipment according to the planning requirements to manufacture the pipeline.
