Metal hoses are important connecting components in engineering skills, composed of corrugated flexible pipes, mesh sleeves, and joints. The metal hose is made of austenitic stainless steel materials or according to user requirements. It has excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (-235 ¡æ~+450 ¡æ), and high pressure resistance (up to 32MPa). It can be connected in any direction in the pipeline to compensate for temperature and absorb oscillations, reduce noise, change the direction of medium transportation, eliminate mechanical displacement between pipelines or between pipelines and equipment, etc. The double flange metal corrugated hose is particularly suitable for flexible joints of various pumps, valves, etc. with displacement and oscillation.

However, in engineering, some high-temperature media such as steam and hot air; Low temperature media such as liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid helium; Corrosive media such as gasoline, kerosene, acid, alkali, etc., cannot be transported using rubber hoses. Especially under high temperature conditions, its safety and reliability are even more difficult to ensure.
