The composite hose connecting pipe has the characteristics of high temperature resistance of 400 ¡æ, low temperature resistance of -80 ¡æ, sealing performance, strong corrosion resistance, high acid and alkali resistance, and long service life. The metal hose joint adopts argon arc welding and stainless steel welding. The inner layer of the pipe body adopts stainless steel corrugated compensator, and the outer layer of the pipe body is woven with stainless steel wire.

The inner pipe is a thin-walled stainless steel corrugated pipe with spiral or circular corrugations, and the outer net is woven with stainless steel wire or stainless steel strip according to certain parameters.

The joints at both ends of the hose are prepared based on the joints of the user's pipeline or equipment. Its advantages are that stainless steel hoses are corrosion-resistant and have good high-temperature resistance; Stainless steel hoses are resistant to bending, tension, and lateral pressure.

Ultra high pressure hoses are an important component of ultra-high pressure cleaning machines. In the application process of ultra-high pressure cleaning machines, there are many factors that affect the service life of composite hoses, in addition to the degree of hose technology, the performance of lining and joints, and the correct selection of ultra-high pressure hoses. Many factors are used, such as the service life of ultra-high pressure hoses.

When using and selecting composite hoses, the appropriate pressure level of the hose should be correctly selected based on the working pressure of the ultra-high pressure cleaning machine. When the actual application pressure exceeds 1.25 times the regular pressure, the service life of the hose will be reduced. In addition, the service life of ultra-high pressure hoses is greatly affected. In the operation of an ultra-high pressure cleaning machine, the pressure fluctuation during the high-pressure spray gun process is caused by the instantaneous opening and closing of the valve tube due to fluid pressure pulsation. There are other factors as well. Therefore, it is recommended to choose an ultra-high pressure hose 1.5 times based on the working pressure.

When the equipment uses ultra-high pressure hoses, stop selecting according to the requirements of the ultra-high pressure cleaning host. Due to the very strict rules or restrictions on the pressure and flow rate of ultra-high pressure, changes in pipeline size can affect high-pressure water. The working force of the jet is balanced with the front of the system. Actual testing has shown that replacing 4mm ultra-high pressure hoses with 5mm ultra-high pressure hoses can shorten their service life by one-third.

When the ultra-high pressure cleaning machine is working, the composite hose should be tightened and bent as much as possible. If bending is required to ensure that the bending radius is not too small, it is generally not less than 15 times the diameter of the pipe. Otherwise, it will cause the side steel wire of the reinforcement layer to stretch, and the metal wire will tighten internally, thereby reducing the pre strength of ultra-high pressure. Hoses, ultimately affecting their service life.

When the ultra-high pressure cleaning machine is in operation, the composite hose should not be crushed by a heavy hammer, and sharp instruments should not be damaged or bent. Therefore, the outer layer should be kept from excessive wear. The suspension high-pressure pipe should be firmly fixed in a short period of time. During special cleaning operations, frequent opening and closing of the high-pressure spray gun should be prevented to reduce the impact of pressure pulses on the hose and extend its service life.
